Lately I have been feeling gross, headaches, nauseous, tired, but still anxious. It is like I have the urge to just let that feeling takeover, but I don't let it. I make a fully conscious decision to do the things I need to do to make my body feel better. I will say it is not easy to always choose to do the work, when you want to just sulk in that feeling, that pain and do nothing. You can always remind yourself that if you do it, you will feel so much better. It will be so worth it. What will help the most is to do the action and then see the benefits. It will prove to your mind that it helps and that notion will sink it. It will become an urge to do what feels good rather than nothing at all.
