When I was earning my degree in Exercise and Movement Science I was always so amazed at how the mind & body could be improved with specific movements. As I continued my various education and therapeutic yoga practice, I realized that there are so many things you can do to heal naturally; All with only yourself, your mind, your body. I learned that motion is lotion. The more you move, the more you lubricate the joints to reduce friction and pain. Take a moment right here right now and start inhaling as you open the chest by pulling the shoulders back, then exhale as you round the spine bringing your chin to your chest. Do this 5 times. This lubricates the jelly disc's between our spine!
