I woke up and my body felt the urge to move. I began to crave the release of tension I receive from a yoga pose. Before I started yoga, I used to dread movement due to the pain I would feel. Yoga is a form of exercise that combines physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation. It has been practiced for centuries and is believed to have many health benefits. Studies have suggested that yoga may help reduce stress and boost both physical and mental health. It may also help improve sleep, reduce inflammation, and improve overall well-being.
