8/24/23 Road Trip Movements

I am on a 3 hour road trip. My back, hips and neck began to hurt. I then began to do some stretches and meditative movements to help me feel better. Here is what I did, follow along the next time you are a passenger on a road trip!

Seated Cat/Cow - 10 breaths

Head Circles - 3x each side

Neck Stretch -10 breaths

Neck Massage - 10 breaths

Shoulder Squeezes - 10 times
